What does gym equipment rental cost?

Pilates reformers: € 240/mo through month 3, € 160/mo from month 4, € 85 business / € 80 consumer from 12 mo — per reformer excl. VAT. Deposit € 500 per reformer, delivery € 250 across Europe. Spinning and HYROX have their own rates. Quote within 24h, 14 days price-locked.

Can I rent for a short period?

Business from 1 day (events per day/weekend), regular equipment from 3 months. Consumers from 12 months. Seasonal periods bespoke.

Are delivery and installation included?

Always. Our own drivers in nine countries deliver, place, calibrate and test — including instruction. Elsewhere via partner network.

Rent or buy: which is smarter?

Rent wins when occupancy is uncertain, when you're growing or when cash flow beats ownership. Buying wins with years of stable use. See our knowledge base for the maths.

Can I purchase the equipment later?

Yes, via rent-to-own. A share of paid rent counts toward the purchase price.

What happens if something breaks?

Maintenance is included. What we can't fix on site we swap out — at no extra cost.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Own depots in NL, BE, DE, FR, ES, PT, AT, LU, CH. Elsewhere via partners. NL/BE usually within 48h.

Do you rent to consumers?

Yes, consumers can rent reformers from 12 months (€ 80/mo excl. VAT, deposit € 500, delivery € 250). Business from 1 day.

4. Third-party analytics and tag scripts

These scripts start with Google Consent Mode v2 set to 'denied'. Analytics and marketing storage is only allowed after you consent via the cookie banner.

5. Not loaded

The cookie banner can pass consent signals to a Facebook pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag, but these scripts are currently not loaded by the website and therefore set no cookies.

6. Changing or withdrawing consent

Your choice is stored in your browser under the key 'cookie-consent'.

To withdraw or change your consent, delete the site data for rental.fitness in your browser settings (cookies and site data). On your next visit the cookie banner appears again and you can choose 'Reject all' or adjust your preferences via 'Customize'.

After withdrawal, the consent signals for Google and Microsoft Clarity are set back to 'denied'.
