In order to make use of the Service offered by Rental.fitness, you must create a personal profile. When creating this personal profile, you must fill in certain Personal data.
After you have filled in this data, a profile is automatically created. This profile contains the data you entered when creating the personal profile.
Automatically generated information
Rental.fitness also collects automatically generated information about your browsing behaviour during your use of the Service. This information includes your IP-address (the number of your computer that enables recognition of your computer), the date of filling in the Personal Data, and “cookies”. Rental.fitness shall inform you in writing within four weeks whether your Personal Data are being processed. If Personal Data is deleted, we will only retain an anonymised archival copy of the data. If your Personal Data was also accessible to third parties who used the Service used the Service, we are not able to delete your data from their systems. This Privacy Policy only covers Personal Data obtained through the website. The website may also contain links to third party websites. Rental.fitness accepts no responsibility or liability for (the operation and/or content of) third party websites or services.
