OUR ROLE

For many years, Serious Request has been a recurring radio charity event at the end of December. During the 2020 edition, a 500 km long walking route had been planned for the radio dj’s to walk whilst broadcasting, in order to raise money for the Red Cross.

However, because of the covid-19 pandemic, things couldn’t proceed as planned and instead, 6 famous Dutch radio dj’s were locked in an empty warehouse at Twente Airport (the Netherlands) for 7 days.

Rental.Fitness provided high quality stationary bikes and treadmills which were then used to complete challenges in order to raise money for charity. In the end € 1,601,923 was raised that week. We loved being part of such a beautiful incentive!
